This Cardio Wave machine thingie is very nice. You get a lovely swooshy dancing feeling when you’re doing it right, which lasts for approximately 5 reps before your ass starts to burn. I say ass; it’s specifically the tensor fasciae lataes. See? We’re educational, too.
